Tissue Paper Flower
Materials Required
- Facial Tissue
- Thread
- Scissors
Instructions
- Pick one tissue and fold it back and forth. It should look like a
paper fan. Fold it accordingly.
- For smaller flowers, cut the folded tissue into two pieces, each
about 4 inches long. Put the two pieces on top of each other.
- Use a piece of thread and tie it tightly in the middle.
- All you need is to separate the layers of the tissue and fluff it
into a flower shape.
- Finally, release the tip too and let it open up.
Red Roses Bookmark
Materials
- Vellum, with Red Rose Patter
- White Card Stock
- Decorative Edged Scissors
- 2-sided Adhesive Tape
- White Cord
- Hole Puncher
Instructions
- Take a scissor and cut the white card stock in the preferred
size.
- You will also have to cut the vellum out in the same size as the
cardboard.
- Apply double sided adhesive tape to the backside of the vellum.
- Cut the vellum about 1/4" shorter on all sides, with the
decorative scissors.
- Remove backing from double-sided tape and attach vellum onto the
bookmark.
- Punch hole on top of the bookmark and pull the cord through.
Secure.
- If you want, you can use clear contact paper on the backside of
the bookmark, to protect it from getting dirty or wet.
